What kind of services does Helios Threads offer?

We offer a full range of custom design and printing services. Our designers are available to collaborate with you to create the perfect design for your project. We support screen printing, embroidery, direct-to-garment, heat transfer printing and laser engravings.


What information should I provide to start my order?

A good checklist to start off with is:
  • What type of apparel do you want? (ie. t-shirt, hoodie, hats)
  • What color apparel are you looking for?
  • Do you have a design ready?
  • Where do you want the design on your apparel?
  • Do you have a budget?
  • What is your deadline? 
If you start off your inquiry with this list, we can get you a quote quicker! But don’t worry if you aren’t sure about a few of these questions. We can work with you to select the best fit for your needs!

What if I don’t have a design?

Contact us to schedule a 15 minute phone conversation with our designers. Come prepared to:
  • Have an idea of number of print locations and colors
  • Expect 3 sample designs
  • Choose 1 design
  • Express any changes that need to be made (first change is free; anything after is an additional fee)
Please note that if designs were sent to the client, the client is required to make payment regardless of whether or not the design was used in the final print.

Is there an order minimum? 

We require a minimum order of 12 items for orders. If you can’t reach this requirement, contact us and we can try to find you a solution. 
We recommend placing larger bulk orders to reduce costs. The bigger your order, the cheaper your apparel will be! This is because set-up fees make smaller orders more expensive.

Can I get an estimate on shipping costs?

We will ship your apparel to you for free. 
If you want your items shipped out individually to multiple addresses, let us know. We will calculate the costs based on the number and weight of your order.

When will my order arrive?

We typically have a turnaround time of 3 weeks from payment. If you need your order sooner than that, let us know and we can discuss rush fees or ways to expedite the process depending on your deadline.
