Helios Threads' story began in 2012, when our owner noticed that some organizations on campus did not have sufficient funds to order custom apparel. He recognized the importance of unity and realized that the best way to provide the collaborative environment is to ensure that each individual is able to afford apparel that their organization is selling.

In 2015, Helios Threads began taking orders for custom apparel. Our first customer was the 2015 Associated Student Body from Irvington High School; following this order, we received an overflow of orders. We continue to be the number 1 supplier for Irvington High School to this day.

Later that year, Helios Threads hit the web. While still taking orders, every transaction was completed online. From the estimates and invoices, to the payment and receipts, Helios Threads focused on environmentally friendly solutions by limiting the amount of paper invoices and snail mail used in the company.
